The field behind our house is dotted with sweet little clumps of daisies — a sure sign that summer has officially arrived. I’m always happy to head out with clippers in one hand and my camera in the other, soaking in the simple joy of gathering them.

Took an evening walk last night—the first glimpse of sun we’ve had in days made everything glow in fresh, technicolour green.
