A Sweet Summer Story

Some of my favourite photo sessions happen in the middle of everyday life.

This week, I spent the morning with Morgan while she put together her Sweet Summer Packages. Fresh flowers, mason jars, cold lemonade, and plenty of little details—it all came together in such a simple, cheerful way.

I always enjoy photographing people in their element. There's something special about capturing the care that goes into creating something for others, especially when it's made with so much heart.

Each Sweet Summer Package includes a fresh floral mason jar and a cold lemonade—just a small way to brighten someone's day. Whether it's for a friend, a neighbour, or yourself, it's the kind of gift that feels a little like summer.

Even better, a portion of every $25 package sold will be donated to the Elora Girls Club, making each purchase a way to give back to the community.

Packages are available for pickup Wednesday through Friday, with local delivery available on Friday.

Pickup: Sheila's Flowers, 6570 Eighth Line West. Just look for the "Flowers" sign at the top of the hill and turn left.

Getting to photograph mornings like this is one of the reasons I love what I do—meeting kind people, telling their stories, and celebrating the little things that make our communities feel special.
