Sweet Little Sprouts: Burlap Herb Bags

These photos go a few years back, but I remember one spring, I spotted the sweetest little burlap seed sprouting bags tucked among the garden section. I couldn’t resist.

These simple sacks—pre-filled with soil and seeds—are such an easy way to kickstart an herb garden.

There’s something extra satisfying about growing your own—even if it's just a handful of pots or little bags like these. No garden required!

Come summer, I love to clip sprigs of basil for pasta, as well as salads and pizza, or to dress up a plate. It’s a small joy—snipping something fresh and fragrant right before dinner—but one that never gets old.
