Welcome to Ann and Neil's spring Southern Ontario wedding.
It’s funny how things unfold sometimes. I met Ann last summer while photographing flower stands throughout the North Waterloo area. Her beautiful flower stand and fields out in St. Jacob’s—and we hit it off right away. One thing led to another, and by Christmas, I had the fantastic opportunity to work for her. With my background in floral design and photography, it felt like we just got each other. She's one of those people whose humour, love of nature and creativity just inspires you.

Along came this Spring, time for Ann and Neil’s wedding day—and I was beyond thrilled to be the one capturing it. They chose The Village Table in Listowel, which was an absolute gem of a venue. Soft natural light,sky-high wooden beams... it was a photographer’s dream and such a cozy setting for their vows.
Before the ceremony, and after their 'first look' at home, we snuck away for some portraits in the St. Jacob’s countryside and at 3 Bridges Picnic Park. The stormy weather held off - No showers this April wedding day! the trees were just starting to bud— the whole day was quietly buzzing with new beginnings.
One of the best parts for me? Having my amazing new assistant (and bonus daughter!), Hannah, by my side as second shooter. Watching her step into this role with so much heart was such a proud moment, and goodness was she a huge help to me! Thank you, Hannah. You're hired!
Ann and Neil’s day was full of genuine joy, sweet looks, and the kind of easy love that’s a joy to photograph. So grateful to have been there for it all.

Congratulations to you both - wishing you a life of laughter and love!
